It can get a little confusing trying to figure out which of our services may suit you so we have tried to simplify things for you with our FAQs below. If you are still unsure, be sure to head in to one of our branches or contact us by phone so a staff member can assist you with getting started.

 

What do we have?
eBooks - borrow from our ebook collection via your phone, tablet or computer device via Borrowbox
eAudio Books - listen to audio books for free via your phone, tablet or computer device via Borrowbox or RB Digital. There are different titles available on each so why not check out them both! Housebound members are invited to trial one of our audio readers available to members at Denman and Muswellbrook Libraries.
eMagazines - looking to catch up on the latest edition of your favourite magazine? Why not try our downloadable collection available via RB Digital on mobile, tablet or computer device.
eComics - read some fantastic downloadable comics straight to your phone, tablet or computer via RB Digital

Who can use it?
All of our online services are FREE to library members. Simply sign up for a free library card and you can get started straight away. If you register online you may need to give us a call so we can activate your account.

What if I don't have internet at home?
All of our library branches have free wifi, meaning that if you have a mobile phone, tablet or laptop computer you will be able to access these services by visiting one of our branches

What if I don't see something I like?
We welcome any suggestions for purchase. Log in to your library services account using your library card number/Alias and date of birth (DDMMYYYY) to submit a request or let us know when you are visiting one of our branches.
