Library members are now able to access our digital audio books and magazines in one easy location! As of today, library members will only need one account to access both audio books and magazines online or via the RB Digital app. The best part is this service is FREE and available 24/7!

So what's changed?

As of today, the OneClick Digital audio books and Zinio magazines will merge into RBDigital, meaning that you will be able to access both services with one account and one app on your devices.

What does this mean for me?
This merger means that you will have easier access to our digital audio book and digital magazine collections.

What do I need to do if I already have an account?
If you currently use OneClick digital and/or Zinio for Libraries you will prompted to download or update your current apps on your devices. You can login using either of your existing OneClick username and password or Zinio email address and password and will have access to both collections automatically.

What if I use these collections within my web browser and not through the app?
You will still access these collections as you have been - all links are included on our online services page. However, your log in will work across both accounts.

How do I sign up to use this service?
All Upper Hunter Library Network members are eligible for this service free of charge. Visit the magazine or audiobook landing page to register for a new account. You will need you library card number and a valid email address.

Where can I find out more information about using the app?
Visit our library website for how to guides, contact one of our library staff, or book in a Tech Tuesday session at Muswellbrook Library on the third Tuesday of each month.

What do I do if my log in is not working?
Have you tried resetting your password? If not please try the “forgot password” link, reset your password and try again. If you still can’t log in let us know your details and we will look you up.

From 28 June to 29 July 2017 Wavesound will have support available to assist you with any questions in relation to the new merged app. Over the first two weekends after our exciting new app goes live which is 1 & 2 July and 8 & 9 July we have a live toll free number available to call between 9 to 5pm AEST on Saturdays and 10 to 3pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on Sundays. This line is operational during usual business hours Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm AEST on all other dates during this first month.
